  Decreased injection performance in your bredent Dental equipment can occur if the heating chamber or the front side of the pressure piston is contaminated, so clean them. Also, ensure you're using sufficient thermopaste for aluminium cartridges, as too little can increase cartridge friction. Finally, verify and correct your program settings to match the parameters for injection molding.

  If your bredent Dental equipment isn't reaching the desired temperature, first compare the mains voltage with the unit's technical data. Check the heating elements for defects. If the temperature probe is inaccurate, calibrate it using a digital thermometer and temperature sensor (accessories 99300364 and 99300366). Regular checks of the target/actual temperature will ensure flawless injection molding. Also, check and adjust the parameters for the thermoplastic material.
