Why is my Breg Polar Care Wave Personal Care Products cold compression pad not cold or water not flowing?
    • J
      Jonathan ScottJul 28, 2025
If the Breg Personal Care Products cold compression pad isn't getting cold or water isn't flowing, first, ensure the on/off button is lit and a cold therapy setting is active. Check that the blue connectors are correctly aligned and fully engaged. Give the pad 10 minutes to reach a stable temperature. Make sure the unit has enough ice and water. For colder settings when using Breg Ice Bags, add cubed ice up to the ice fill line. Elevating the unit can help water flow. Also, make sure the tubing isn't kinked. You might also try removing the pad, letting it fill with water, and then reapplying it.
