Connect the microscope to power and switch it on for illumination. Details on battery charging are provided.
Start with low magnification. Center and focus the object using coarse and fine adjustments for optimal sharpness.
Adjust the condenser height to bundle light and use the iris diaphragm to control depth of field and image quality.
