Note: Detailed assembly instructions can be found in
the owner’s manual.
• Install the spigot with one rubber washer on each
side of the bucket wall.
• Secure the spigot with the hex nut.
• Attach the outlet lter holder.
• Insert the polyber outlet lter.
• Install the appropriate adaptor ring for your
brew vessel.

Quick Start Guide

1 Before You Begin

Determine the combination of filters desired for your brew.

2 Insert the appropriate adaptor ring

Insert the correct adaptor ring into the brewing vessel for filter support.

3 Position and turn the permanent filter

Position the permanent filter so it rests below the rim of the bucket.

4 Insert paper filter

Optionally insert a paper filter for enhanced cleanup and refinement.

Brewing Process Steps

5 Add measured water to the brew vessel

Add measured water to the brew vessel up to the pre-fill line.

6 Add coarsely ground coffee

Add coffee grounds to the filter and allow to pre-infuse for 5 minutes.

7 Add more water

Add additional water, not exceeding the 'Max fill' line.

8 Stir grounds and water

Stir the grounds and water for complete saturation after one hour.

9 Steep Overnight

Cover the vessel with a lid and steep overnight.

10 After Steeping

Lift filter, align supports, and allow concentrate to drain into the vessel.

11 After Draining

Dispose of grounds, dispense cold brew, and keep refrigerated.
