Turn the brewery upside down and remove base screws (A and B) to allow the base to be removed.
Use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding the pump to the side of the BrewZilla.
Slide back hose clamps and use a flathead screwdriver to slip the silicone tube off the pump head.
Remove the screws that hold the pump head on.
Check the pump head for debris or solids that could be stuck inside.
Check the impeller for damage or any blockage that could be stopping it from spinning.
Look in the impeller housing and confirm no blockages are inside this side of the pump.
Reassemble the pump by attaching the head and silicone tubing, wetting tubing for easier fitting.
