• Lowering: From the back
of the seat, press and hold
the button on the recline
adjuster and pull away from
the seat back
• Raising: Hold the adjuster
strap and slide the recline
adjuster to the desired
position
• Move the swivel wheel lock
up to lock wheels in place
or down to allow wheels to
swivel
