Trouble Shooting
If your britebox is having technical diculties then please follow the directions
below.
Make sure that all leads are fully connected and the mains/britebox is switched
on.
Check that the fuse has not blown in the mains plug.
If the britebox is receiving power (the LED power indicator will be on, (see g 7.))
but the LED panels are not lit, then please refer to the error ash LED (top right
panel (see g 8)).
If the error ash LED is ashing then please note the number of ashes (see error
ash table below).
If the error ash LED ashes 2, 3, or 4 times then please check if the vents are
being obscured or, are you using the product within a high ambient/room
temperature? (above 40degrees). If so then please use within an air conditioned
environment or at a cooler time of the day
Error ashes on top right panel signal LED (see g 8).
2 ashes Right panel over temperature (fan failure)
3 ashes Left panel over temperature (fan failure)
4 ashes Timer over temperature, fan failure or high ambient temperature
5 ashes Power supply over volts >25.5v
6 ashes Power supply under volts <21.5v or excessive load
7 ashes Internal error or excessive load
