USIng thE RESIStAnCE CORdS
The RESISTANCE CORDS allow you to exercise your arms while using
the stepper.
To use the RESISTANCE CORDS, attach the ends to the HOOKS on the stepper.
Below are four exercise options.
Arm Curl: Hold the handles with your palms facing up. Pull up on the
handles, alternating between your right and left hand. Repeat each
motion 20-30 times. See Fig. 2.
Arm Extension: Hold the handles with our palms facing down. Pull up on
the handles, alternating between your right and left hand. Repeat each
motion 20-30 times. See Fig. 3.
Arm Upright: Hold the handles with your palms facing down. Extend your
arms in front of you and pull up on the handles, alternating between your
right and left hand. Repeat each motion 20-30 times. See Fig. 4.
Arm Raise: Hold the handles with your palms facing down. Extend your
arms to the side and pull up on the handles, alternating between your
right and left hand. Repeat each motion 20-30 times. See Fig. 5.
