Why my Brother Sewing Machine does not operate?

If your Brother Sewing Machine isn't operating, there could be several reasons: * The machine might not be turned on, so ensure that it is. * The start/stop button might not have been pressed; try pressing it. * The presser foot lever could be raised; lower it. * If a foot controller is connected, do not use the start/stop button; disconnect the foot controller to use the button. * The bobbin winder shaft might be on the right side after winding the bobbin; slide it to the left.
