COCKING INDICATOR
Located on the top of the bolt is a
red cocking indicator (Figure 4).
When the rifle is cocked the red
cocking indicator is easily seen with
a quick glance at the top of the bolt.
When the rifle is fired, the cocking
indicator moves forward, retracting
underneath the extractor band and
disappearing from view.
do not dePend on the red color alone to indicate your
firearm’s safety status. time, exPosure to the elements, and
the aBrasive action of cleaning agents can erase it. failure to
follow this warning could result in serious injury or death.
INSERTING AND REMOVING THE BOLT
always KeeP the muZZle Pointed in a safe direction. Before
inserting or removing the Bolt, visually insPect the chamBer
to Be aBsolutely certain the firearm is comPletely unloaded.
Place the “safety” in the on safe Position. failure to follow
this warning could result in serious injury or death.
INSERTING THE BOLT
The T-Bolt rifle comes packed in a foam-padded box with the bolt
removed from the rifle. To install the bolt into the receiver perform
the following procedure:
1 Place the “safety” in the off safe position.
