The engine has to be properly lubricated at storage for internal parts
protection.

1. Place the vehicle in a well ventilated area.
2. Open the RH side panel. Refer to
Controls, Instruments and
Equipment
.
3. Add Fuel stabilizer to fuel thank. Follow the manufacturer's
recommendations.
4. Start the engine and let idle until rear heat exchanger gets hot.
The rear heat exchanger can be reached from under the rear end
of the chassis.
5. Pull on the oil pump cable - at the adjustment - until the exhaust
gas turns to darker smoke.
