1. Prepare the watercraft for launch-
ing according to the manufactur-
er's recommendations.
2. Remove tie-downs from stern and
trailer eyelets.
3. Disconnect trailer connector.
4. Make sure the way is clear behind
the trailer (in and out of water).
5. Attach mooring cables to the
watercraft mooring cleats and pre-
vent them from hanging.
6. Have someone guiding you and
back the vehicle until trailer
reaches the desired depth into
water.
NNOOTTEE:: The watercraft must not float
above the bunks.
7. Hold the winch handle firmly and
set winch mechanism to "unwind".

8. Have someone on the watercraft
and, if available, another person
holding a mooring cable.
9. Unwind until watercraft slides off
the trailer and floats. It may be
necessary to push the watercraft a
little.
10.Grab the mooring cables previ-
ously attached to the mooring
cleats.
11.Detach the watercraft from the
winch strap.
12.Moor the watercraft.
13.Drive the tow vehicle out of the
ramp.
14.Connect trailer connector.
