(1) 油盘托盘安装
1)
先将油盘支
和油盘座垫分别套在油的四角上,再将油盘安装在台板上。
2)
如图所示,安装吋要确保两个油盘支朝向操作者一边,两个油盘座是在有机头连接
的那一侧。
3)
先将机头连接钩座安装在台板上,再将机头连接钩放入底板孔内,最后将机头放置于
板上,且机头连接钩要与台板上的机头连接钩座相嵌合。

Adjusting Knee Lifter Height

Standard and Maximum Lift Height

Standard lift is 10mm; adjust up to 13mm using the knee lifter adjust screw.

Check Needle Bar Clearance

Ensure the needle bar's bottom end does not hit the presser foot when lift exceeds 10mm.

Lubrication

Oil Level and Refill

Fill oil reservoir to HIGH mark; refill when level drops below LOW mark.

Checking Oil Flow

Observe oil flow through the sight window after lubrication to confirm proper lubrication.

Oil Change Schedule

Replace oil after 1 month for new machines, then every six months.

Break-in Operation

Run machine at 2,500-3,000 RPM for 10 minutes for break-in on new or unused machines.

Refill oil pan to HIGH mark with specified oil; refilling is needed below LOW mark.
