  If your BSVILLAGE Swimming Pool Pump isn't working, start by checking the power supply and ensuring the power plug is firmly inserted into the outlet. Also, inspect the vent for any dirt clogs and clean it if necessary. Clogged or bent hydraulic components can also prevent the pump from working, so clean and adjust them. If the thermal protector has been triggered, ensure that the water temperature does not exceed +35 [°C] and add cold water if needed. A blocked drive shaft or worn-out bearings could also be the cause; for a blocked rotor, follow the instructions in the Blocked rotor section, and replace the bearings if they are worn.

  If the rotor of your BSVILLAGE Swimming Pool Pump is blocked, it's likely due to foreign objects obstructing the rotating parts or a blocked drive shaft, especially after inactivity. To resolve this: * First, unplug the pump from the power outlet. * Then, manually turn the drive shaft 9-10 times using a screwdriver, as illustrated in Fig. 18. * Finally, plug the pump back into the power outlet. Also, remove any visible foreign bodies.
