BUFFALO FILTER

1. Remove the uid trap from its packaging.

2. Remove rear cap (side without the uid

measurements) and place on appropriate

cap holder on top of uid trap.

3. Open the 22 mm (7/8 in) port on the ViroSafe

lter

and insert the uid trap, as shown, into the lter.

Make certain the uid trap is fully seated into the lter.

CAUTION: Ensure uid trap is fully seated into the lter prior to capturing uid.

4. Remove the appropriate cap on the front of the uid

trap based on the size of the tubing that will be used

in the surgical application. Store the cap on the

appropriate cap holder on top of uid trap.
