Why does the Bugaboo Boxer ‘catch’
on the ridge when exiting an escalator?
The relatively small front wheels and heavy load of two
cases can cause the Bugaboo Boxer to ‘trip up’ when
exiting an escalator
.
We recommend avoiding escalators and take the elevator
when travelling with two cases attached.
With one case attached, the safest way to take an escalator
is to fold in all the wheels and carry your luggage system —
as long as you can handle the weight.

pushing it o the travellator. Avoid pushing down on
the handlebar — this makes it more likely that the
wheels will catch on theridge.
