Troubleshooting.
If the coffee machine develops faults or defects or irregularities are suspected, remove the plug
immediately from the wall socket.
If you cannot eliminate the fault by following the instructions in this manual, contact Customer Care
at CASA BUGATTI. Repairs carried out incorrectly, involve grave risks for the user. No liability is accepted
for damage or injury caused by repairs carried out incorrectly and in such cases warranty rights are
voided.

Power-ON light does
not light up.
Machine is not powered.
Check correct connection of power supply cable
to the wall socket and to the machine.
Check that there is electricity in your system.
No coffee delivery.
Pump is noisy.
No water in the tank (2).
Tank is not correct in its
seat.
Fill the water tank (2) with fresh water. Position
it correctly in its seat.
Temperature is not
reached.
Resistance breakdown.
Thermometer failure.
Contact your dealer or Customer Care at
Casa Bugatti to have the resistance/thermometer
replaced by qualified personnel.
Steam switch (5) is ON.
Coffee tastes burnt.
Follow procedure at point 6) in section “Using
steam”, page 26, to bring up the machine to
the ideal temperature for coffee again.
Water drops on the drip
grille.
Normal discharge, due
to the fact that volume
of water increases when
it warms up.
