2.6 Requirements of the operator
WARNING
Destruction due to bursting or exploding!
Any machine that is operated at a pressure or speed that is beyond that which is permitted
can explode or burst and cause serious injuries due to parts flying off and conveyed media be-
ing suddenly ejected.
● The operator must ensure that the pressures [➙ 42] that affect the SAMOS SB are not exceeded.
● The operator must ensure that the revolutions [➙ 41] are not exceeded.
WARNING
Risk of injury!
As the SAMOS SB is not gas-tight, conveying media other than air can lead to severe or fatal
injuries (e.g. asphyxiation, burns).
● Adhere to the safety measures described for the material being conveyed (e.g. check leakage
rates and provide for gas monitoring or forced ventilation).
