      If the display shows 'Er1' and the Ball LEDs are flashing, it could be due to several reasons. First, check for any defective or oversized balls, or any foreign object jamming the lower ball channel, and clear the channel. Also, if you are using dirty or unwashed new balls, clean them to remove grit, rinse, and dry them before placing them back into the robot. Ensure that no foreign object or ball is preventing the Ball Stirring Springs from moving, and remove any obstruction. If the Black Knob was tightened too much, denting the upper Ball Tube, disconnect the head and check for obstructions. If the issue persists, the Ball Feed Motor might be bad, with broken gears or motor support.

      If the Butterfly Fitness Equipment is throwing balls to the wrong places, first ensure that there are no rubber bands around the Deflector Plate and no blue foam pad above it; these are for transport only. Next, check if the Random function is turned on and turn it off. Try unplugging and re-plugging all three cable connections, connecting the cable to the Control Panel last. Also, inspect the pins of the Head Cable to ensure none are bent or missing, as there should be 15 pins.

Next, plug the Power Supply into a power outlet and connect the other end to the power jack on the Base. Finally, check if the green LED on the Power Supply is lit; if not, check the outlet for power or replace the Power Supply if power is present.
