      If the Tank Full light is illuminated, there might be several reasons. First, check the remote switch connections and tank volume. Second, inspect the entire length of the cable for any damage. Third, ensure there are no stray wires or insects creating a short at terminals COM2 and TH. Finally, examine the pressure gauge for blockages and remove any dirt from the inlet at the bottom.

      If the Low Power light is illuminated, it could be due to a few reasons. It might be that the sunlight isn't strong enough, so wait until the sunlight level increases, or remove any objects shading the array. Also, check all connections between the panels and to the controller for any looseness, and replace any damaged panels. Finally, inspect the pump cable splice connection and repair or replace it if needed. It also may be that the pump is water locked or blocked.

      If the ERR I light is illuminated, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure you are using a power cable larger than 4mm2. If not, use a heavier duty power cable. Second, check for and remove any debris blocking the motor or pump. Lastly, make sure the pump is not submerged too deep; raise the pump to within 30m of the maximum water level.

      If the Well Low light is illuminated, it may be because the water level is too low, and the sensor has turned off the pump. In this case, wait for the water level to recover in the source. Alternatively, if no low water level sensor is installed, install one according to the instruction manual. If no sensor is required, install a jumper wire between COM1 and WH.
