Traction Engaged
This symbol appears
with the Traction
Engaged message.
This message will appear when the traction control
system is actively limiting wheel spin. Slippery road
conditions may exist if this message is displayed, so
adjust your driving accordingly. The message will stay
on for a few seconds after the traction control system
stops limiting wheel spin. See “Traction Control
System” in the Index for more information.
Traction Suspended
This symbol appears
with the Traction
Suspended message.
This message will appear when the traction control
system has been temporarily shut off because your
vehicle’s brakes have overheated. This message does not
indicate a problem with your vehicle’s traction control
system. See “Traction Control System” in the Index for
more information.
