ELECTRONIC PRECISION SHIFT
♦
e automatic transmission shi paern is displayed on top of the
shi lever with the selected gear position illuminated in red. e
shi lever always starts in the center position and, aer shiing,
returns to the center position.
Park – Press the buon (A)
on top of the lever to shi
into Park. To shi out of
Park, press and hold the
shi lock buon (B) on
the side of the lever while
selecting the desired gear.
Reverse – Press and hold
the shi lock buon (B)
and move the lever for-
ward completely (pass the detent) to shi into Reverse.
Neutral – Move the lever forward (to the detent) to shi into
Neutral.
Note: The transmission will not stay in Neutral for an extended period. It will
automatically shift into Park.
Drive – Move the lever rearward to shi into Drive.
AUTOMATED CAR WASH MODE
When using an automatic car wash, there are dierent procedures
for placing the transmission in Neutral with the engine on or o,
and if the driver exits the vehicle. Refer to your Owner’s Manual for
each procedure.

TAP SHIFT MODE
With the transmission in Drive, pull back on the shi lever to
shi to Manual mode. Pull the le steering wheel paddle to
downshi and the right steering wheel paddle to upshi.
To return to Drive, move the shi lever to Drive or, if equipped
with Electronic Precision Shi

, pull back on the lever again.
To engage in
Temporary Tap Shi
Mode, pull either the
le (downshi) or right
(upshi) steering wheel
paddle without moving
the shi lever. e
transmission will return
to automatic shiing
approximately 7–10
seconds aer the last
manual shi.
