Drip Kettle & Cover (Raw Material : polypropylene)
Cafflano(R) Klassic's cap has a uniquely designed diamond-shaped
spout and it is used as a 'drip kettle' while brewing. For convenient
measurement, it is materialized to store 270ml if water is filled up to
just below the spout hole. With full capacity, you can brew coffee
enough to serve for 2 people. Detachable cover can be used as a
tumbler lid.
Hand-mill Grinder (Raw Material : ceramic, stainless steel and
polypropylene)
Ceramic burr-type hand-mill grinder guarantees consistent and durable
performances, rust-free, and free of metallic odor. You can grind up to
30g of whole beans at a time, and weigh right amount with
imprinted scales (10/15/20/25g). Its unique anti-bouncing
design minimizes chances of beans bounced out of the grinder while
grinding.
Stainless steel Handle is foldable for usability and portability. Depends
on user’s own taste, adjusting the coffee grind can be easily done by turning the Adjusting Wheel
to the desired grind level.
Stainless Filter Dripper (Raw Material : stainless steel and
polypropylene)
Eco-friendly and permanent stainless steel is used for the filter. It is
convenient when cleaning, keeping and brewing coffee. The Dripper has
air vent that ensures smooth water and air flow while brewing, which
results in the best taste coffee.

For convenience, the kettle is materialized to store 270ml of water when filled just below the spout hole, providing enough capacity to brew coffee for two people. The detachable cover can also be used as a tumbler lid, adding to its versatility.

• Hand-mill Grinder: The integrated hand-mill grinder features ceramic burrs, which are known for their consistent and durable performance. Ceramic burrs are rust-free and do not impart any metallic odor to the coffee, preserving the pure flavor of the beans.   1. Put 15-20g of whole beans into the hand-mill grinder and start grinding slowly.
  2. Remove the hand-mill grinder.
  3. Start brewing with the drip kettle, pouring hot water over the grounds.
  4. Remove the filter dripper once brewing is complete.
  5. Enjoy the fresh and tasty coffee directly from the tumbler.
  6. Use the cover as a tumbler lid for convenience.

• Grind Adjustment: Adjusting the coffee grind is a simple process:

  1. Turn the Locker (locking screw) counterclockwise and remove it.
  2. Take out the Washer.
  3. Remove the foldaway Handle.
  4. Turn the Adjusting Wheel to fine-tune the grind size, moving between finer and coarser settings. Users are cautioned not to lose the Locker/Washer during this process.

Maintenance Features:

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of the Cafflano Klassic:

• Initial Cleaning: Before first use, the product should be thoroughly cleaned and washed. It is recommended to use a soft sponge and neutral detergent, followed by a thorough rinse, and then allowed to dry completely.

• General Cleaning: The product can be disassembled for comprehensive cleaning. After each use, remove coffee grounds and clean the filter dripper with running water. Coffee grounds can even be repurposed as culture soil or fertilizer. Use a soft cloth or sponge with neutral detergent for cleaning.

• Drying: Allow all components to dry completely after washing to prevent water spots or patches of rust on stainless steel parts. Cleaning and keeping the device dry right after use helps prevent odor and discoloration, contributing to a longer lifespan.

• Stain Removal: In case of rust patches, water spots, odor, or discoloration, a solution of watered-down vinegar can be used. Fill the product with the solution for some time, then empty it and clean with a soft cloth or sponge. Baking soda or exclusive detergents for stainless steel products can also be used.

• Precautions:

  • Avoid exposing the product to direct heat or flames to prevent deformation or discoloration.
  • Do not heat, boil, or use the product for cooking purposes.
  • Be cautious not to hurt your hand while grinding.
  • Do not freely spin the handle or turn it in reverse, as this can damage the burr.
  • Keep the product out of reach of infants and children.
  • Do not use the product for anything other than its original purpose, specifically avoiding grinding foreign substances other than whole beans.
  • Avoid tilting the product to one side when it contains liquids to prevent spills.
  • Always be cautious when consuming hot water or drinks, as hot liquids can scald the user.
  • Keeping substances in the product for extended periods may lead to discoloration.
  • Do not clean with steel wool or apply bleach or cleaners containing chlorine on any parts of the product, as this may result in discoloration.
  • Do not place the product in a dishwasher, dish drier, or any type of oven or microwave.
