The Cambox turns on but
switches off after a few
seconds
1) Not enough space on the memory card
2) Low battery
3) Memory card absent
The Cambox does not
respond
1) Press the reset button with the metallic pin (cf P.4)
Impossible to activate the Wifi
antenna
1) Low battery
2) Check the connection process(quick press)
Impossible to connect my
smartphone via wifi (when
app available)
1) Make sure you did not open the app before pairing
the phone and the camera
2) Refresh the wifi networks on your smartphone (it
takes a few seconds before the Cambox network is
displayed)
3) Insert the password, accept the connection without
internet access and make sure that the orange LED
is solid.
I am not sure my Cambox is
charged
1) Follow the charging instructions (≈ 2h)
2) Open the app to check the battery level
The Cambox will shut down
ramdomly
1) The Cambox can enter a safety mode in case of
excessive temperatures (-5°C to 55°C)
2) Make sure not foreign object press on the camera
3) Make sure nobody is connected to your Cambox
through Wifi
