Congratulations on the purchase of your new Cambro Camchiller� It is designed to help
pre-chill your insulated transporter before placing cold food into it, or to extend the cold
holding time of your cold food� This Owner’s Manual provides you with a step-by-step
guide to using and maintaining it for many years to come�

Pre-chill Camchiller flat in freezer overnight. Freezer temp 0°F (-17.7°C) or colder.

Loading the Camchiller

Slide Camchiller onto top rails of food pan carrier.

Loading Food Pans

Load pre-chilled food in pans on cabinet rails below Camchiller.

Adjusting Camchiller Position

Move Camchiller down as food pans are removed to save space and retain cold.

Pre-chilling Carrier

Use Camchiller to pre-chill carrier for 20 mins before loading food to extend cold holding.
