You can open the Aero-Flo™ top and clean your vent’s screen. Screens accumulate lint and
dirt - prior to introduction of the Aero-Flo™ you had to remove the entire vent cover for cleaning.
The Aero-Flo™ is actually made of two types of resin – the bottom is a flexible polymer that is designed to
bend in order to absorb shock on the road. It also allows the top to be attached easily.
The top of the Aero-Flo™ is more rigid and has been designed to be impact resistant while still allowing a
large amount of light through to the vent.
Both pieces are loaded with maximum UV protection for years of use.
What’s the big deal about a top that opens?
Why is the Aero-Flo™ so flexible?
• Move roof vent into the fully open position (cranked up).
• Collect all hardware, tools, and Aero-Flo™ vent and move
onto roof.

Yes, there will be a gap between the Aero-Flo™ Vent Cover and the RV’s roof. A small amount of clearance
is required to allow for the carriage bolts used during installation. The caulking around a vent itself often
presents a very rough surface that the Aero-Flo™ cannot seal against.
There’s a gap between the Aero-Flo™ and my roof – is this normal?
REAR OF RV
Yes! Your vent lid will actually open to a higher position than other vent covers allow. The Aero-Flo’s bubble
top allows the vent to open to a very steep angle - this offers excellent ventilation in your RV.
The Aero-Flo’s design looks really low profile - is my vent going to crank up enough?
