11. Plug the probe into one of the four available
ports on the controller.
12. Insert the probe and wire through the
stainless flap on the side of the chamber.
13. Insert the probe into the food you want to
monitor. Make sure to insert the probe tip into
the thickest part of the meat and not touching
any bone.
14. Select your probe on the controller or on
your Camp Chef app and set an alarm at your
desired temperature.
