If the gas flow of your CAN Hob seems irregular, make sure the gas cock is fully open. Also, verify that the fuel supply circuit has the correct flow rate. Check if the burner spreaders and caps are correctly positioned and free of any blockages. Ensure the nozzles are compatible with the type of gas you are using and that the pressure regulator (if included) is compatible and correctly calibrated. Finally, inspect the gas supply pipe for obstructions, bends, crushes, excessive length, or unsuitability.
