1. Press printer's Stop button.

Press the Stop button to stop the current printing process.

2. Turn off printer and unplug it.

Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.

3. Open scanning unit / cover.

Open the scanner unit/cover to access the interior of the printer.

4. Check if jammed paper is under print head holder.

Locate and move the print head holder to facilitate paper removal.

5. Hold jammed paper firmly with both hands.

Securely grasp the jammed paper with both hands for removal.

6. Slowly pull out jammed paper so as not to tear it.

Gently pull out the jammed paper to prevent tearing.

7. Make sure all jammed paper is removed.

Check for and remove any remaining pieces of jammed paper.

8. Close scanning unit / cover.
