Fasten the
base assembly-A 2 , base assembly-B 3 to the right side frame 4 by
using bolts A. Do not tighten bolts.

Requires: 1, 4, and B
Fasten the Seat Assembly 1 to the right side frame 4 by using bolts B.
Do not tighten bolts.
