What to do if my Capital CAEL-1T does not move?
    • M
      Mr. Jon AyalaAug 7, 2025
If your Capital Compact Excavator isn't moving, several issues could be the cause. First, check the hydraulic oil tank level and add oil if it's low, as the main pump might not be getting enough oil. A blocked oil filter could also be the culprit; replace the filter and clean the system. Other potential causes include a damaged engine coupling (replace it), a damaged main pump (repair or replace it), low or zero servo system pressure (adjust to the correct pressure, and if needed, clean the servo overflow valve or address a fatigued spring), a safety valve set at low pressure or stuck (adjust to the correct pressure, clean the valve, and address a fatigued spring), or a damaged or detached oil suction pipe of the main pump (replace it).

      Jesus VazquezAug 14, 2025
If the crawler on your Capital Compact Excavator is tangled, it could be due to a loose crawler. In this case, you should tighten the crawler. Also, if you are driving on a rugged road, make sure that the guide wheel moves slowly in front.

How to fix noisy structural components on my Capital Compact Excavator?
    • M
      Mary RiveraAug 22, 2025
Noisy structural components in your Capital Compact Excavator can stem from a couple of issues. Loose fasteners can cause noise, so inspect and tighten them. Also, aggravated abrasion between the bucket and the end face of the bucket rod can be a source of noise; adjust the clearance to less than 1mm.

What to do if bucket teeth have dropped during operation of my Capital Compact Excavator?
    • R
      Ryan HernandezAug 29, 2025
If bucket teeth are falling off your Capital Compact Excavator during operation, it's likely due to either a deformed spring and weakened elasticity of the bucket tooth pin, or an unmatched bucket tooth pin and seat. In either case, you should change the bucket tooth pin.
