Why does my Cardio Zone E-CZ300 Elliptical Trainer show 0 for Strides/Min or Speed?
    • K
      Kevin MoranAug 8, 2025
If your Cardio Zone Elliptical Trainer displays '0' for Strides/Min or Speed, start by checking that the sensor magnet is correctly fitted and passes in front of the sensor, with a gap of 3mm or less. Ensure all computer plugs and sockets are correctly and firmly connected and that the computer wires are not damaged. If the issue continues, the sensor might be faulty and require replacement. If all else fails, contact CardioZone service.

If you're experiencing a faint or intermittent HR signal on your Cardio Zone Elliptical Trainer, make sure the pulse plugs are firmly inserted into their sockets. Also, check that the batteries in the chest strap are correctly installed and try replacing them. Verify that the receiver is properly installed and that the chest strap is being worn correctly; if your skin is very dry, moisten the contact points on your chest with water. If the problem persists, contact CardioZone service.
