What to do if my CARDIOSTRONG Elliptical Trainer shows no pulse reading?

If your CARDIOSTRONG Elliptical Trainer isn't displaying a pulse reading, there might be a few reasons. First, try to eliminate any nearby sources of interference like mobile phones or loudspeakers. If you're using a chest strap, make sure it's a suitable one, correctly positioned, and that the electrodes are moistened. If not, reposition the chest strap and/or moisten the electrodes. Also, check the batteries and replace them if necessary.
