Overview

The Cardo PACKTALK OUTDOOR is a communication and entertainment system designed for helmets, enabling hands-free wireless intercom communication, phone calls, and music streaming. It leverages Cardo's Dynamic Mesh Communications (DMC) technology for robust group communication.

Function Description:

The PACKTALK OUTDOOR facilitates communication among users in a group, allowing for full conference mode with up to 15 users. In DMC mode, users can join, leave, and rejoin existing groups without disrupting ongoing conversations. If a group member goes out of range, the remaining users automatically reconnect with closer members, ensuring continuous communication. The device supports basic audio functions, including volume control and microphone muting. It allows users to make and receive phone calls hands-free, either by using the mobile phone's voice dial option (Siri for iOS, Google Assistant for Android) or Cardo's speed dial feature. Music streaming from a paired device is also supported, with controls for playing, pausing, skipping tracks, and adjusting volume. The device integrates natural voice operation, allowing users to control various features using predefined voice commands in multiple languages (English being the default).
