will be repaired for free within the
warranty period.
3. Cases where warranty applies, do not
automatically lead to extension of the
warranty period, neither for the device
itself, nor for the parts that have been
replaced.
4. Excluded from the warranty are:
a. All damages caused by incompetent
handling, e.g. not correctly
following the user manual.
b. Damages caused by repairs
performed by the buyer or another
unauthorized person.
c. Transport damages, caused during
transport from the seller to the
user or when sending the device to
the customer service.
d. Accessories that are subject to
wear.
5. The manufacturer does not accept
any liability for direct or indirect
consequential damage caused by the
device. This also applies, if the damage
to the device is recognized under this
warranty.
