  The heating on your Carepeutic Massager might not be working because the heating function is turned off, the water has reached the preset maximum temperature, the adjusted highest water temperature is too low, or the current water temperature is already higher than your preset temperature. Try pressing the Temp+ button to adjust the preset highest water temperature.
