What to do if my Carepeutic Massager heating is not working?

  If the heating function isn't working, first ensure that the heating function is turned on. If it still isn't working, it might be because the water has reached the preset maximum temperature, or the temperature setting is too low, or the water temperature is already higher than the preset temperature. Try adjusting the highest water temperature by pressing the Temp+/- buttons.

Why does my Carepeutic KH298 keep stopping?

  Your Carepeutic Massager may stop working for a couple of reasons. It could be that the preset working time has elapsed (the maximum is 50 minutes). Alternatively, the device might have automatically shut off as a protection measure due to prolonged use. In either case, try unplugging the power source completely for a short period, and then plug it back in to reset the device. Also, the water temperature may be too high, in this case add some cold water or reset the highest water temperature. Finally, the rolling massage may be over-used. If so, turn off the device completely and let it cool down for a while before using it again.

What to do if the water jet or waterfall is not working on my Carepeutic KH298 Massager?

  If the water jet or waterfall isn't functioning, the water filter or waterfall valve may be blocked. Clean the water filter if necessary. Also, check and clean the herbal bag basket to ensure it's not obstructed.

Why is massage not working under P2, P3, P4 on my Carepeutic KH298 Massager?

  The massage function may not work under P2, P3, and P4 because these are preset spa programs. Changes are not allowed under these modes.
