Using the Carista EVO adapter
•
Plug the Carista EVO adapter firmly into your
car’s OBD port and turn the ignition on.
•
The OBD port is usually located under the
dashboard, beneath the steering wheel.
•
Other possible locations include: passenger’s
side footwell; hidden behind a recessed panel
in your center console; in the armrest or
glovebox.
•
Once the Carista EVO adapter is plugged in,
you will see a blue light that indicates it is
plugged in correctly.
•
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or tablet,
open an app, and connect to it.
Using the Carista app
•
Once you have your OBD adapter plugged in
and the ignition on, turn on Bluetooth on your
phone or tablet and open the Carista app.
•
Sign in or register a new Carista account (it’s
free).
•
Press “Connect” and when prompted for the
type of adapter that you’re using, pick “Carista”.
•
Choose from the list of available features for
your car and upgrade your driving experience.
