Assemble rear wheel leg, pin, and wheel, ensuring proper alignment and valve clearance.
Complete assembly for both rear wheels following illustrated sequence and pin clearance.
Position frame and attach front wheel assembly using axle uprights and fork lugs.
Check upright orientation and secure inner uprights with short T screws.
Insert front T screws and check other side bolts for tightness.
Connect rear leg bar to frame and secure with M6 bolts, nuts, and washers.
Attach leg assembly to bar, adjust height, tighten screws, and ensure free wheel movement.
Turn barrow over and assemble controller handle parts correctly.
Secure handle assembly by tightening screws and attaching to the frame.
Install side bars and connect front bar to fork assembly.
Fix front bar to frame and install Y bar, adjusting its height.
Align and connect controller plugs, handling pins carefully.
Lock bayonet connectors and repeat for controller-to-battery connections.
Disconnect plugs and place battery into its holder.
Connect battery plugs to controller plugs, red-to-red, black-to-black, with power off.
Familiarise with controls and activate power by rotating the dial.
Check battery status, select direction, and start moving with the GO button.
Connect battery to charger and monitor charging status via LED indicators.
Manage overload protector, keep battery charged, and follow care instructions.
Disengage and re-engage the free wheel hub for manual movement or powered use.
Attach bag support frames and place drop-in bag into the barrow frame.
Secure the bag with clips and check wheel tightness and inflation.
Confirm the MK8 Power-Porter is now fully assembled and ready for use.
