What causes the Carrier Power Supply to trip the high pressure switch?
- JJoshua SullivanSep 12, 2025
If the Carrier Power Supply tripped the high pressure switch, it could be due to: * Condenser fan not working: Refer to the "Condenser fan not working" section. * Condenser is dirty: Clean the condenser. * Poor air flow around the condenser: Check the condenser location and relocate if necessary. * Refrigerant is over charged: Reduce the charge to 64–68 oz.
