How to troubleshoot Carroll Medical Equipment bed with no functions working?

If no functions are working on the Carroll Medical Equipment bed, try the following: * Ensure the bed is connected to AC power and the wall outlet has power. * Check the Master Lockout by holding all three patient lock-out buttons simultaneously to lock/unlock, then try the bed functions. * Lift the head section of the mattress deck and remove the dust shield to check for a green power light (LED) on the control box. If there is no light, replace the CB09 control box.
