The warranty granted by the dealer is limited to repair and/or exchange of the product. In the
context of this warranty the manufacturer and/or dealer, transfers no adhesion and is not res-
ponsible for damage, which results from ignoring the operating instructions and/or abusive
application of the product.
If it turns out with examination of the product by the dealer, that the warranty demand con-
cerns an error not seized by the warranty or that the warranty term ran off, the costs of exami-
nation and repair is to be carried from the customer.

Terms of warranty
The dealer grants a legally prescribed guarantee time on the product. The warranty applies star-
ting from the purchase date. The purchase date is to be proven with the purchase voucher.
The dealer will repair in Germany seized products with determined errors, free of charge
and/or will replace it. Wearing parts e.g. material covers, are not concerned. A condition for
this is the entry of the defective product with purchase voucher before expiration of the gua-
rantee period.
The warranty claim is void, if after statement of an error, e.g. by outside effect or as conse-
quence of repair or change, which was not made by the manufacturer or an authorized con-
tract dealer, appeared.
