Usage Features

Control Panel: The control panel includes:

  • Sensor Cook Menu (1): Sensor Reheat, Frozen Pizza, Fish, Meat, Fresh Vegetable, Frozen Vegetable, Potato, Frozen Entrée.
  • Popcorn (2): Quick cook function for popcorn.
  • Memory function (3): Stores custom cooking settings.
  • Time Defrost (4): Defrosts food based on time input.
  • Weight Defrost (5): Defrosts food based on weight input.
  • Number Pad (0-9) (6): For entering time, weight, and power levels.
  • Express Cook (Number Pad 1-3) (7): Instant cooking at 100% power for 1-3 minutes.
  • Power (8): Selects one of 10 power levels.
  • Cook Time (9): Sets the cooking duration.
  • Stop/CANCEL (10): Stops current operation, clears settings, or cancels cooking.
  • START/+30SEC. (11): Starts cooking or adds 30 seconds to cooking time.
  • Clock (12): Sets the current time.
  • Timer (13): Functions as a kitchen timer.

Installation:

  • Countertop Installation: Requires a minimum clearance of 3.0 inches (7.5cm) from the top and adjacent walls, and 12 inches (30cm) above the oven. Do not block intake and/or outlet openings.
  • Turntable Installation: The glass tray and turntable ring assembly must always be used during cooking. Food and containers are placed on the glass tray. The glass tray should never be placed upside down or restricted.

Operation Modes:

  • Clock Setting: Set the current time using the number keys. The clock operates on a 12-hour system.
  • Microwave Cooking: Set cooking time (up to 99 minutes 99 seconds) and power level (10% to 100%). Default power is 100%.
  • Kitchen Timer: Functions independently of cooking functions, up to 99 minutes 99 seconds.
  • Express Cooking: Instant cooking at 100% power for 30 seconds (by pressing START/+30SEC.) or 1-3 minutes (by pressing number pads 1-3). Each press of START/+30SEC. adds 30 seconds.
  • Cancel Quickly: Press STOP/CANCEL to stop current operations.
  • Weight Defrost: Input food weight (0.3-6.3 lbs) for automatic defrosting.
  • Time Defrost: Input defrosting time (00:01-99:99) at a fixed 30% power.
  • Quick Cook Control (Popcorn): Select popcorn size (3.0, 3.5, 1.75 Oz) for automatic cooking.
  • Sensor Cook: Automatically cooks or reheats food based on steam detection. Requires specific conditions for best results (room temperature, food weight, dry cavity/utensils, vented lid). Do not open the door or press STOP/CANCEL during the initial phase of sensor cooking.
  • Memory Function: Stores up to 3 cooking stages.
  • Multi-Stage Cooking: Allows setting up to two stages for cooking (e.g., defrost then cook).
  • Inquiring Function: Allows checking power level, current time, and cooking time during operation.
  • Lock Function for Children: Locks the control panel to prevent unintended use.
  • Cooking End Reminding Function: Beeps 5 times when cooking is finished.
  • Power Saving Mode: Activates when the door is closed and no operation for a minute, turning off the digital display.

Utensils:

  • Materials you can use: Browning dish, dinnerware, glass jars, glassware, oven cooking bags, paper plates and cups, paper towels, parchment paper, plastic, plastic wrap, thermometers, wax paper.
  • Materials to be avoided: Aluminum tray, food carton with metal handle, metal or metal-trimmed utensils, metal twist ties, paper bags, plastic foam, wood.
  • Utensil Test: A procedure to test if a non-metallic utensil is safe for microwave use.

Safety Precautions:

  • Read all instructions before use.
  • Avoid exposure to excessive microwave energy.
  • Close supervision is necessary, especially when children are using the appliance.
  • Do not overcook food; remove combustible materials.
  • Keep the oven door closed if materials ignite.
  • Do not use the oven cavity for storage.
  • The oven must be grounded; connect to a properly grounded outlet.
  • Do not operate if the cord, plug, or oven is damaged.
  • Do not cover or block oven openings.
  • Do not store or use outdoors or near water.
  • Do not immerse cord or plug in water.

  • Certain products (whole eggs, sealed containers, closed glass jars) may explode.
  • Liquids can overheat beyond boiling point without visible bubbling; stir liquids before and halfway through heating, use care when inserting utensils.
