 Speed Cooking
In standby mode press START/SPEED COOK to commence
speed-cooking setting. The oven is set to cook in stages at
30
seconds intervals 100% power level for the first three touches
of the pad, then 1 minute inte
rvals for the next touches until a
maximum of 12 minutes has been reached.
For example of Speed Cooking times
• Press START/SPEED COOK pad once, 30 seconds will show in
display.

• Press START/SPEED COOK pad twice, 60 seconds will show in
display.

• Press START/SPEED COOK pad 3 times, 1 minute and 30
seconds will show in display.

• Press START/SPEED COOK pad 4 times, 1 minutes and 58
seconds will show in display.

Press STOP once to pause, press twice to cancel.
 Speed Defrost
The microwave is programmed to defrost by weight
automatically. To select Speed Defrost touch SPEED DEFROST
pad (def 2
will display). Enter the weight of the food item by
touching the corresponding number pads. Press START to
commence defrosting.
For example to defrost 500 g of beef
• Press SPEED DEFROST deF 2 will display.
• Press “5”, “0”, “0”, in order. “g” and
5:00 will display.
• Press START to confirm and start defrosting.
