4. Loosen the lock nuts and remove the set screws
at 1.

5. Manufacture a tool using an 8 mm cap screw, 1,
of sufficient length, washers, 2, and a short
length (approximately 2″) of pipe, 3, with an inner
diameter that will allow the pivot pins to be pulled
into it. Lubricate the inside threads of the pivot
pins, 4. Turn the cap screw clockwise and extract
the pins from the eccentric housing.

6. Remove the outer tapered bearing, 1, and outer
race, 2, if required. Label this bearing if it will not
be replaced.
