your Home City and daylight saving time settings.

x Proper World Time Mode data depends on correct Home City, time, and date
settings in the Timekeeping Mode. Make sure you configure these settings
correctly.

To enter the Stopwatch Mode

Selects the Stopwatch Mode to measure elapsed time.

Measures elapsed time, split times, and two finishes.

Using the Countdown Timer

To enter the Countdown Timer Mode

Selects the Countdown Timer Mode.

To specify the countdown start time

Sets the start time for the countdown timer.

To perform a countdown timer operation

Starts, stops, and resets the countdown timer.

Using the Alarm

To enter the Alarm Mode

Selects the Alarm Mode to set daily alarms.

To set an alarm time

Sets the time for one of the five daily alarms.

To turn an alarm and the Hourly Time Signal on and off

Enables or disables daily alarms and the hourly signal.

Illumination

To turn on illumination manually

Manually activates the watch's backlight.

To change the illumination duration

Adjusts how long the illumination stays on.

About the Auto Light Switch

Explains the function that turns on illumination automatically.

To turn the auto light switch on and off

Enables or disables the auto light switch feature.

Hand Home Position Adjustment

To adjust home positions manually

Resets analog hands to their correct 12 o'clock position.

Moving the Hands for Easy Viewing of the Digital Dials

To move the hands to view a digital dial

Temporarily moves analog hands for better digital display visibility.

To return the hands to their normal positions

Resets analog hands to their normal timekeeping positions.

Other Settings

To turn the button operation tone on and off

Enables or disables button press sound effects.

To turn Power Saving on and off
