What to do if Cassia X2000 can't connect to AC?

  If your Cassia Gateway can't connect to AC, double-check the gateway configuration and Internet connection. Also, verify the Ethernet and Wi-Fi LED status on the Cassia Bluetooth gateway. You can use the Debug Tools in the Other tab to check the connection to AC. Another solution is to reboot the Bluetooth gateway by power off/on.

Why is the Wi-Fi or USB cellular uplink not stable on my Cassia Gateway?

  If the Wi-Fi or USB cellular uplink for your Cassia Gateway is not stable, it might be due to a poor signal strength. Try other WiFi SSIDs, a 5G WiFi (supported by E1000 and X2000), a SIM card from other cellular operators, or different uplink solutions. You can check the Wi-Fi and cellular network signal strength on AC->Gateway->Details->Uplink or the gateway console Status tab. Rebooting the Bluetooth gateway (power off/on) may also help. Ensure the country code is set correctly; refer to the Cassia user manual for the list.

  If your Cassia Gateway does not generate a WIFI hotspot, check the power supply and ensure the power and Wi-Fi LEDs are ON. If the issue persists, try resetting the Cassia Bluetooth gateway.

What to do if a Bluetooth device can't be scanned or connected to Cassia Gateway?

  If a Bluetooth device can't be scanned or connected to your Cassia Gateway, it might be because the Bluetooth devices are not reachable or the RSSI is lower than -70. In this case, the gateway location or orientation needs to be changed. You can also try to scan and connect the Bluetooth device with AC Bluetooth Debug Tool.
