Download the firmware .zip file associated with the Cavalry CAU3G.
Unzip the downloaded firmware files onto your desktop, verifying two folders are present.
Connect the Cavalry CAU3G to power and computer via USB, disconnecting other external devices.
Open the MultiTool folder, locate the MultiTool file, right-click, and select "Run as Administrator."
Press the "F/W & EEPROM" button in MultiTool to navigate to the firmware update window.
In the firmware update window, select the "Load FW obj file" button.
Locate and select the "GL3310 FW 0006" folder from your desktop in the opened window.
Select the "3310_0006_100802_release.BIN" file from the "GL3310 FW 0006" folder and click "Open."
Select the "Write F/W" button to start the firmware update process.
Observe the status bar for erasing and programming progress; a green "OK" indicates completion.
After completion, unplug and replug the device into your computer to validate the new firmware.
Exit all windows and start using the Cavalry CAU3G with updated firmware.
