Download Firmware File

Download the firmware .zip file associated with the CAU3I.

Prepare Firmware Files

Un-zip the downloaded firmware file contents onto your desktop.

Connect CAU3 I Device

Connect the CAU3I to a power source and computer via USB.

Run Mass Production Loader

Locate and run the Mass_Production_Loader file as administrator.

Execute Firmware Update

Verify Device in MPTools

Ensure the device appears in MPTools with 'EEPROM Update' checked.

Initiate Drive Update

Press 'Update Drives' in MPTools to start the update process.

Finalize Firmware Update

Monitor Update Process

Observe the black pop-up window for update status and success message.

Power Cycle CAU3 I

Turn the CAU3I device off and on again to complete the update.
