Failure Code Probable failure The process to be done
E01
The door is not shut
properly.
Shut the door properly so that you hear the
click then press the “Start” button.
If the error persists, unplug the machine, close
the water tap and contact CDA Customer Care.
E02 or
Water cut o or low
water pressure.
Make sure the tap is turned on and water
pressure is normal.
If water is turned o switch the programme
selector knob to the “0” position, turn water on
and then re-select programme.
Check the inlet hose is not kinked.
Check the water inlet filters are not blocked.
If the error persists, unplug the machine, close
the water tap and contact CDA Customer Care.
E03 or
Pump is damaged,
pump filter is clogged
or pump electrical
connection is faulty.
Clean the pump filter. If the error persists,
unplug the machine, close the water tap and
contact CDA Customer Care.
E04
Water level excessive Unplug the machine, close the water tap and
contact CDA Customer Care.
Display and Failure Codes
Your machine is equipped with diagnostic systems which monitor
wash progress and will intervene to protect the washer dryer in the
event of a fault.
